Originally from Brittany, I live in Ireland for over 20 years with mes Amours: my hubby Max and my beautiful daughters Océane & Marine.

Ahhh Ireland… I arrived at the age of 22 to improve my english and ending up settling in. After a few months waitressing at the Blue Heaven in Kinsale, I trained as a Tour Guide – a wonderful job which gave me the opportunity to discover and learn about this very charming country that I fell in love with, especially Connemara…

In 2000, I met Max and we had our daughters in 2005 and 2006. I became a mum… What a life changing experience!! I’ve learnt so much about myself… It’s such an amazing and yet challenging “job”… I learn each day. What works with one doesn’t always work with the other… And when I think I’ve got it all figured out, they grow up and everything changes again!!! Ah ah! Great fun!

But what an exchange of Love… PURE – UNCONDITIONAL – LOVE

From Tour Guide to Holistic Therapist

Once my daughters arrived, I decided to change career as I wanted to be with them. I chose to pursue a career in Wellness, which I became passionate about. I love taking care of others, especially women.

Initially, I specialised in pregnancy massage and ante-natal preparation. But as I love learning, I trained in several modalities, including massage, beauty therapy and especially Shiatsu – this amazing energetic therapy has changed my life, teaching me techniques to bring physical and emotional balance. That’s why I have a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, whether it’s in my treatments or in my life. 

A longue battle against food and my body…

Just like many women, I have a long experience of diets which goes back to my teenage years.

For over 25 years, loosing weight was my obsession but I never succeeded… Even when I managed to slim down, I always saw myself “too fat” – so I would end up putting all the weight back on, with a few extra pounds. I was a real yo-yo!

I believed that because my body wasn’t “perfect”, I didn’t deserve to love it or to love myself.

Food and my body controlled my life. 

More than 25 years and 2 kids later, I had reached the point where I hated cooking and didn’t know what to eat. I was eating anything and everything at anytime of the day.

I was completely disconnected from my body.

I was exhausted and extremely unfit. 

Then, in 2014, thanks to Shiatsu, personal development, coaches & mentors that I worked with and the many many books that I read (and still do) – such as Geneen Roth, Dr. Gérard Apfeldorfer, Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle and Gabby Bernstein – I learnt so much about myself and the impact of emotions on the body.


I decided to take 100% for my wellbeing. 

I learnt to recognise toxic emotions and find tools to release them.

To heal my wounds and to forgive.

To speak to myself with Love, Respect and Compassion.

To listen to the needs of my body.

To understand my cravings and the needs that are behind them.

To identify the foods that nourish my body and those that don’t.

I discovered that I loved moving my body and do some SPORT !!!! 

I stopped dieting and I slimmed down naturally, without depriving myself. 


Then in 2018, life taught me a new lesson…

I had been trying to juggle a very stressful full time job with my own business, my kids and our holiday home. I thought I could do it all! To cope with the stress, I started eating more, drinking a glass of wine (or two) every evening (to relax!) and ended up making NO TIME for exercising.

In January, I hit rock bottom. I had no energy or motivation, I was crying every morning before starting work and I had no desire for anything in life. I just wanted to disappear…. One thing I kept doing throughout that time though, was meditate and ask for guidance. That helped me immensely. I knew deep down that the only way for me to get my life back was to leave that energy-sucking job. I had just passed probation and was going to be made permanent – with all the perks that working for such a big company could bring.

But I gave my notice. I admitted to myself that that job wasn’t for me. Which was a very difficult decision to make as I felt like a failure.

But I don’t feel like that anymore. I know that I did what was best for ME: I chose my Wellbeing. Therefore, I did what was best for my family, as it wasn’t fun for my girls especially, to be around a very busy and unhappy mum.

That’s when I deeply understood that to be able to take care of others, I had to LOOK AFTER MYSELF FIRST.

And most importantly…

Taking 100% responsibility for your Wellbeing.
